Pollak & Hicks, P.C. is an Omaha, Nebraska based law firm specializing in bankruptcy and debt problems.  The firm was founded in 1982 and also has an office in Council Bluffs, Iowa.  
 
Oliver Pollak and David Hicks, together with their Associates, have represented many thousands of people, small businesses and families throughout Nebraska and Iowa, helping them save their homes, property and businesses from creditors and collectors for over twenty years.  The firm practices extensively in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13.
